Ft.: 25,000 Scheduled Completion: October, 2007 The Earl Corporation is currently engaged in renovation services of the 25,000 square foot El Monte Police Department facilities. Construction/renovation services include new men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms, HVAC, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and electrical work. The interior floor plan is being reconfigured with new metal framed interior walls with drywall and plaster.
