Pacific Asia Museum

This wonderfully detailed, 1929 Grace Nicholson Building was originally designed by the leading Pasadena architectural firm of Marston, Van Pelt and Maybury. Earl Corporation provided design assistance and general contracting services that encompassed meticulous historical renovation. Earl Corporation directed a complete restoration of the exterior, as well as interior renovation of art display galleries. In addition, vertical circulation was added with a three stop elevator and toilet facilities were converted to be ADA compliant. The building now occupied by the Pacific Asia Museum.
