A two-story Class “A” office building totaling approximately 27,000 sf that is designed to meet the needs of this growing community as an extension of the existing City Hall complex. This steel frame and concrete tilt-up structure is distinguished by an expansive curtain wall of refl ective glass and aluminum panels to give the interior a wide open feel. Located in the heart of the downtown civic center, this new building houses key City services such as Building and Safety, Planning and Community Development.
