Fontana Development Services Organization Location: Fontana, California Sq. Ft.: 27,000 Scheduled Completion: December, 2007 Ground has been broken by the City of Fontana for its new two-story, 27,000-square-foot city hall addition to be built by Earl Corporation. Fontana’s current city hall dates to 1961 and was last updated and expanded 24 years ago. Designed by Langdon Wilson Architects, the addition will house the city’s development services division. The division will house city staff responsible for planning, building and safety, engineering, land development, and real property and annexation, as well as the development services administrative staff.
