This new Residence Center removed an aging two story residence hall and adjacent surface parking lot, and erected in its place a new three and four-story building that accommodates 300 beds of dormitory and apartment-style housing over a single-level podium parking garage. A 20,780 square foot full-service dining commons is located on the first floor of the Residence Center with a separate entrance and an outside dining terrace.
